Insured, tracked delivery across UK mainland.
Every memorial is made to order and is heavy and bulky, so we deliver using trusted, fully insured couriers across UK mainland — typically within two weeks of your order.
Smaller memorials (under 25kg) are shipped with DHL next-day insured delivery, with real-time online tracking and bespoke packaging. Larger memorials are sent on a pallet via The Pallet Network, which operates through 121 UK depots with next-day, timed or economy options.
Standard delivery covers UK mainland. For the Scottish Highlands, islands and some outlying postcodes we arrange a custom quote — just get in touch and we will be happy to help.
Please note: someone must be present to inspect and sign for your memorial on delivery. Goods left unchecked or without a signature are not covered by our insurance, so we ask that you check your memorial carefully before signing. We recommend you only book any installation contractor after your memorial has arrived and been inspected.
